If you are not at home during the delivery of the package, no drop-off permission has been given, and the neighbours cannot accept your package, then DPD will take the package to the nearest DPD Pick Up parcel shop. On the missed delivery notice left by the driver, you can read when and where you can collect the package.
If your product has been sent on a pallet by Micodo, the driver will contact you by phone to inform you that the pallet will be placed close to the house, in the garden, or on the pavement. Micodo has permission to place this pallet.
