Powder coating is an electrostatic process where powder is applied to the metal using a spray gun. During curing in the oven, the powder particles first become liquid due to the heat, then viscous, and finally the powder is cured into a beautiful, durable coating. As standard, MySteel offers the RAL colours white, anthracite, and black. Of course, it is possible to have the planter coated in any other desired RAL colour. All planter panels are pre-treated and powder coated in 2 layers with a minimum thickness of 100mu. This coating protects the steel from weather influences and ensures that the product has a longer lifespan.
